º) Connect the SYRINGE CONNECTOR to the system’s low service valve (it can be loaded, empty or under vacuum);
º) Screw the SYRINGE onto the SYRINGE CONNECTOR (CO K11);
º) Slowly apply the 10ml SYRINGE. For charged systems, apply with the equipment turned on to reduce pressure;
º) Inspect with UV or VIOLET FLASHLIGHT in a darkened room;
º) Fluorescence will mark all leak points including those that require specific repair actions due to their size being larger than the micro-holes that are eliminated by the sealing action;
º) Complete the operation by disconnecting the SYRINGE / CONNECTOR. For vacuum systems, continue with the vacuum and fluid loading operation as defined by the system manufacturer.
NOTE: Medicinal type SYRINGE, luer-lock type connection defined by ISO 594 standard.
